A Zulu Dinner and Wine at Kaia

Sawubona Gastronauts!!
We know we say this a lot, but this one is really special. And we had a whole clever spiel about this month’s menu and dinner, but we ditched it. It’s not necessary. Simply put, you’d be a fool to pass this dinner up. Don’t believe us? Ok, how about this: Eland liver. Chicken fried tripe with mopane worm gravy. Still not enough? Ok, so unless you are lucky enough to travel to South Africa and/or have a Zulu friend, this dinner will be the only Zulu dinner you’ll have. Yes, Zulu. Take a look at the frickin’ menu! Not enough?! Ok, we’ll pour you wines from South Africa’s first black female wine maker Ntsiki Biyela. Oh yeah, and we’ll do all of this in Manhattan. You’re welcome.
