And, we’re back!
We’re fresh off our summer break and can’t wait to tell you all about it. A few of us curved around Tuscan Italy, and some of us ate our way through London and Paris. But enough about us.
We’ve got something great in mind for YOU: This weekend, we’re taking you to Flushing Town Hall, where the best of the Catskills—think juicy grass fed heritage pork, amazing produce, chocolate, beer, wine, cider, BBQ, in a beautiful building with multiple levels—will be served up by some the best of New York’s chefs. We’re talking folks like Michelin-starred Hugue Dufur of M. Wells, Danny Brown, Andy Doubrava of Salt & Fat, and many, many more. The whole place will be filled with amazing food, bluegrass music, and you all roaming around like kids in a giant candy store. Some of you may remember Tyson Ho of Arrogant Swine‘s amzaingly declicious whole hog from a few months ago, where it was being taped for a certain food-related network. He’ll be there, and one of his pigs, too.
But that’s not all. Because we think you’re so special, we’ve arranged a special private room just for you Gastronauts, in which a few chefs will serve up a few extra treats made especially for our selective palates. Chef David Noeth will serve us up a special beef tartare and some house made head cheese, while Chef Graziano Teccio of Mint will prepare turtle soup for us. Yes. Turtle Soup.
So, cancel your plans for this Saturday evening, because seriously, why?
