Grasshoppers and Brains at la Oxaquena
Qué tal Gastronauts!
Our upcoming dinner adventure takes us to the Oaxacan region of Mexico. The Oaxacan province is located in southwest Mexico and is known for its seven moles, banana leaf tamales, chapulines, and seafood along the coast. It will be a tour into the smoky and complex mole flavors of the region and a sample of some street food favorites. We will travel to La Oaxaqueña in the Mission District with Roberto & Rosanna, owner and chef, to dine and imbibe at one of the authentic Oaxacan restaurants in the Bay Area.
So join us on Sunday, November 23rd at 7pm at La Oaxaqueña. Hasta pronto Gastronauts!
