Lambs Heads at Yemeni Cafe

اهلا بيكم Gastronauts!

In like a lion, out like a lamb?! More like rabid psycho-killer mutton on steroids. This month, we eat the lamb, or the lamb eats us. And so, we’re eating Yemeni lambs heads specially made for us.

It’s been a long time since our last visit to the middle east, and it’s time to rectify that. One of the problems has been that the restaurants where the food is the best and most authentic don’t serve or allow alcohol… And we know that we are basically a bunch of drunks who like to eat. So, what do we do with this month’s Yemeni restaurant?

The answer is so obvious: Get drunk beforehand.

So, this is how this month’s dinner goes down: We’ll meet in a cozy bar at 7:30pm near the restaurant, heave back a few drinks, and then head over to the restaurant at 8:15pm to have ourselves the best Yemeni food there is in NYC. And believe us, it’s spectacular.

So, get ready for it, hit the RSVP, bring your friends, and let’s have some lamb tongue and brains straight out of the head.
